During the fourth quarter, two refuse evacuations took place, all located in Twedie. The dumping site at Twedie was so bad that it was causing a lot of nuisances to the inhabitants (offensive odour, flies breeding). Any time it rains, all the refuse are collected into individual homes making it uncomfortable for people to stay
